In the Netherlands a centre brake light is required and brake or running lights are not to be combined in to one.
To allow the use of the Heartland kit I had to modify the fender to be able to add a LED strip to be used as running light and brake light, which are allowed to be combined.
Here is the mock up.
Great work with the LED taillight. It made a huge difference to the look of the bike.

I am currently waiting for my rocker c to arrive! But I am consider the 11X24" heartland fender instead of the one you have on.
